Pack Out the Trash, Pack In the Fun: Join Old Faithful and Friends on a Yellowstone Trail Clean-Up!

Updated: 1 day ago

As spring begins to bloom and the first warm rays of sunshine break through the Yellowstone skies, we at Old Faithful and Friends are gearing up for another exciting season of Yellowstone tours and shuttles! Starting April 1st, we are thrilled to continue offering our guided tours, shuttles to Gardiner and West Yellowstone, and shuttle services from Bozeman to the heart of Yellowstone National Park. But this year, we're taking it a step further to give back to the area we all love.

A New Responsibility for Yellowstone’s Trails

In light of recent cutbacks to park ranger staffing, many of Yellowstone's trails are feeling the strain. But the spirit of the park is resilient, and we at Old Faithful and Friends are committed to doing our part to help. This year, we’re stepping in to assist with trail cleaning and maintenance. As a proud part of the Bozeman and Yellowstone community, we feel it’s our duty to pitch in and help preserve the beauty and pristine nature of the park.

Starting this season, we will be actively participating in trail cleanups and will be listing the trails we’ve cleaned, along with the dates of the cleanups, on our website. This is just one way we’re showing our dedication to Yellowstone and our guests. We are putting the "Friends" in Old Faithful and Friends

How You Can Help

At Old Faithful and Friends, we know that it takes a community to keep a place like Yellowstone pristine. We encourage our guests, local businesses, and fellow nature enthusiasts to get involved as well. Have you cleaned a trail recently? Maybe you’ve picked up some litter or helped maintain a trail during your visit to Yellowstone. We want to hear from you!

If you or your business has cleaned a trail, let us know! We’d be more than happy to feature your efforts on our website, recognizing the important work of individuals and businesses alike in keeping our park beautiful. It’s a great way to give back while showcasing your love and respect for Yellowstone.

A Partnership with Local Businesses

We’re also excited to collaborate with local businesses that are stepping up to maintain the trails. If you’re a local business that’s been involved in trail cleanups, please reach out! We’d love to highlight your contributions and show the world how the Bozeman and Yellowstone community is making a difference. We will include a free backlink on our site
