Cancellation Policy:

• A 30-day notice is required to receive a full refund of your deposit amount. Cancellations within 30 days receive half of their deposits back except if the cancellation is within days 7 days. For cancellations within 7 days of your summer arrival and 14 days of your winter arrival, full deposit will be retained.
